Married man,Richard Franklin harassed a teenage female after she bluntly rejected his sex proposals. 

Richard started chatting with this young girl on the 6th of September,and gradually started making sexual approaches via his chats. The girl bluntly refuses explaining how well she was brought up and wouldn't want to mess her life with hanging out with married men.

     It happened that on 13th of September the girl in question had a psychological problem, and mellowed down to tell him her problem after he has confronted her to tell him. He also at that time advised her to not do anything silly because the girl said she wanted to run away from her father's house.

Then on the 26th of September,Richard had some issues with the young girl which led to insults and abuses simply because the girl refused to lodge in a hotel with him at onitsha

Richard later blocked the girl after the rains of abuses on her because of her refusal to consent to his sexual request.
